Should you receive a damaged pin due to shipping, please notify me within two weeks of delivery at [email protected]. Kindly provide your order number along with detailed photos showcasing the damage. If it is determined that these damages resulted from shipping, a replacement of the same grade will be sent to you. In the event that a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

As these pins are limited edition, in the unfortunate event of loss or misplacement during shipping, where tracking confirms delivery, I regret to inform you that replacements or refunds will not be granted.
